We want you to love your Toy Overdose items, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our return and exchange policy:
Returns:
Since we use a print-on-demand service, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If your product arrives damaged or there is a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest!
Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, exchanges are not possible unless the item is defective. If you need to exchange for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if applicable).
Non-returnable Items:
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as hats and face masks are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Return a Damaged or Defective Item:
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
We will provide you with a return shipping label if applicable and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
